Upon enrollment, members will receive a Sword Kit containing wearable sensors and a tablet, which will serve as a guide during therapy sessions, allowing for flexible recovery at one's own pace.

Sword Health is available at no cost to eligible members through employers or health plans. While the Sword App now offers the convenience of performing sessions within the app, we still recommend the use of the Sword Kit for optimal feedback, with step activity being monitored.
